Quality Appraisals in a Timely Fashion

I provide residential appraisal reports for all needs in Orange and Durham counties North Carolina in the towns of Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Durham. Each report is a custom document written utilizing the latest available data, never "cloned" from a similar property. I restrict my service area to Chapel Hill, Carrboro and Durham in order to provide superior service to my clients. All reports are delivered as Certified PDF documents that automatically validate in Acrobat or Acrobat Reader. My goal is to provide an appraisal report of the highest quality on which you can depend. Allow me to serve you. Orders may be faxed to 888-435-4042; however, orders placed online through Appraisal World are processed faster, resulting in a reduced turn time of the appraisal.

I do not provide value guarantees, it is against North Carolina law for an appraiser to do that, so please do not ask. I recognize that timely communication is always important. I confirm the receipt of all appraisal orders the same day they are received. I begin the process of setting an appointment within 24 hours of confirming the order. You will be notified of the appointment time immediately after the appointment is set. Most appointments are on Saturdays to make scheduling easier for everyone. I will notify you of inspection results the same day. You will know if the property is in good condition or there are issues we need to discuss. Under normal conditions you will have the report by the Monday after the Saturday inspection. In the rare instance of a delay, you will know about it and the reason why early in the day.

All my reports are delivered as certified PDF files using a digital signature issued by GeoTrust. When viewed using Adobe Acrobat or Acrobat Reader on a computer connected to the Internet, the report will automatically validate that it has not been altered. Reports created by me, which are viewed in any other format should be compared to an original PDF to verify their contents.
